Logan Lauman is a Junior at Oak Hills High School and this is his first year as a part of the Tartan newspaper staff. He was born and raised in Cincinnati, however, he hopes to travel to Spain in the future. Lauman has recently made Varsity status for Oak Hills’ Boy’s Soccer team and names this as one of his proudest accomplishments in his high school career. Soccer is Lauman’s passion and he hopes to continue his dedication to the sport after high school when he goes on to college. He plans to attend Florida State or Clemson, ideally under a sports scholarship. As of now, he isn’t sure what he’ll do after college, but his goal with working on the Tartan is to gain an interest in journalism. Lauman believes that the students of Oak Hills should work towards being “the change they wish to see in the world.” – Mahatma Gandhi
