Veda Ratliff is a junior at Oak Hills High School and she just became a member of the Tartan this year. She was born in California but raised here in Cincinnati. Her biggest influence is her mother. She’s on the student council, in the French club, and the Head of Media for the National Honor Society. Outside of school, Ratliff enjoys hanging out with friends or volunteering for Matthew 25 ministries. After high school, she would like to major in Biomedical Engineering at Ohio State University or Boston University, and in the future, Ratliff sees herself being an engineer. She would also like to travel to Italy when she is older. Her hopes for the Tartan are to learn new varieties of writing.
