Owen Pelley is a Junior at Oak Hills High School and became a member of The Tartan in August of 2024. He grew up in Cincinnati Ohio, attending Oak Hills primary and middle schools. Pelley was heavily influenced by his grandmother growing up. Pelley plays volleyball and swims for Oak Hills. He enjoys spending his free time with friends and his girlfriend, playing video games, listening to music, and watching true crime. Pelley aspires to pursue broadcasting after he graduates high school. He believes everything happens for a reason and hopes to spread school spirit to the community within Highlander Athletics as a member of the Tartan.
