Lotus Olson is a Senior at Oak Hills High School who is excited to enter her second year in The Tartan. After her experience in the class last year, it became one of her favorite classes. Over the years, Olson has started to enjoy school, but not for the classes. She is a very involved student at Oak Hills, recently becoming a member of the Student Council Executive board and joining the Cross Country team. While also balancing work and volunteering for the National Honor Society. She has a very full schedule and tries to make time for friends and family in the midst of it all. She also does club volleyball in the spring and hopes to join the track team this upcoming year. While Olson likes to keep a busy schedule, it’s what she enjoys. After high school, she hopes to attend the University of Cincinnati for law school and, hopefully, one day become a lawyer.

Among all this, some of Olson’s favorite hobbies are late-night drives with friends, shopping, and getting Chipotle, which, if you ask her, is the best fast food place to exist.
