Colin Klaserner, Writer
Colin Klaserner is a first year member of the Tartan. Klaserner attends Oak Hills High School and has taken various AP and CCP courses leading into his junior year. Along with his rigorous course schedule, Klaserner is a member of three varsity sports including cross country, track and field, and the swim team. Along with being an important member on his various sports teams, Klaserner has kept up in his academics, receiving the Academic O his freshman year, and more than likely will have received it for his sophomore year as well. But Klaserner is not limited to sports and difficult class work. Klaserner is a Oak Hills 2026 class officer who helps organize numerous activities to bring the class together as one.
In his future, Klaserner has plans to set a huge impact in his community. Klaserner would like to become a history teacher in North Carolina. This dream came about after he was significantly impacted by his 8th grade social studies teacher Mr. Valerius. To achieve this goal, Klaserner would like to attend Northern Kentucky University to continue his academics and play sports. While Klaserner is a pretty organized guy with big plans he also is a relaxed character. He likes to learn random facts, and hangout with his friends. As Klaserner would tell most people, he likes to hangout with “chill and funny dudes” and not only is he a friendly person to be around but he also is “in for a pretty epic life” as mentioned by Klaserner himself.
